Uh-Oh! Gusa Buyback and Raintree Club Regina Contract Question

I bought a Raintree Membership that is called "Buyback" where you supposedly get your upfront payment returned at the 10 OR 20 year mark. I am approaching the 10 year mark and wanted to end it, but I was told the Raintree part "forces" 20 years of Membership Dues (at growing rates that eventually gets too high), and it was GUSA that supposedly buys it back but it doesn't end the Raintree part of the required dues. Did anyone else buy this program? This is NOT Flyback nor has building percentages you need to pay for later. Thought we could maybe share a lawyer (they aren't answering the phone at the needed extension).
