We have one TS at Kona Hawaiian Village and one still awaiting a deed. We would like to do two straight weeks this July at KHV. Would it be better to book the one that we own now and hopefully book the other one whenever we get the deed and recording from FF? Or should we wait until we get the 2nd one and book them at the same time?

If we did option one, would we be able to tell them that we want to stay in the same unit for two weeks straight?

Thanks in advance.

Can you talk to seller to ask them make a reservation now if there is an availability and transfer the reservation to you? And you make other one?

After you make both (I assume it is FF UDI point contract), you can ask VC or talk to resort to have both weeks in the same unit. It will depends on how crowd that period is.

The other one is being bought through eBay and it's currently owned by a resale TS company. We're just waiting for Hawaii to process the paperwork.

Both weeks are floating, non-point weeks.

Usually, TS resell company will make reservation for you and either transfer to you or get GC for you if they are good one.
