Two HGVC deeds FREE - Flamingo & Elara

HGVC - Flamingo, Elara, & Grand Waikikian
Hello everyone!

I am looking to part ways with our current Flamingo and Elara deeds to make way for us to acquire a deed at the Grand Waikikian. The downside - 2026 points have previously been borrowed for a large trip and therefore first year usage would be 2027.

Flamingo - 8,000 points
2 bedroom
Gold season
MF: $1,610.43

Elara - 4,000 points
Studio
Gold season
MF: $790.37

Ideally, the buyer would handle the transfer fees via LT Transfers. Please let me know if there is any interest and we can discuss further!
 
Curious about your logic to switch to Grand Waikikian. Is it because the MF are lower or because you were not getting enough availability with your Vegas deeds?
 
We traveled to GW last year (hence the borrowed points :confused:) and loved it! We'd like the peace of mind of Home Week booking since we'd really love to go back.
 
We've secured a GW deed. Just looking to move this back to the top of the forum.
