I need to choose between Hilton Tuscany and Hilton Seaworld. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

I have never been to either and I am sure some people will weigh in with their thoughts, but something people often don't think of is to do some YouTube searches for each resort and watch some of the videos to get an idea of what each resort is like.

Tuscany has an outlet mall at it's back gate (literally, there's a gate), a grocery across the street (Publix), and some nice (chain) restaurants close by. Its more convenient to Disney, and seems a bit more adult-oriented.

SeaWorld, OTOH, seems more family-oriented and tucked away from the world on a larger campus. It's closer to Universal and there's a free shuttle to SeaWorld (the park). Its older - it and Flamingo were the first HGVC resorts - but recently updated.

Both are very well maintained and meet HGVC's high quality standards. SeaWorld is my home resort, but when we go to Orlando, we usually alternate just to get a different ambiance.

You can read reviews here on TUG or Trip Advisor.

I like the landscaping, larger resort area and the slightly larger units better at Seaworld, but both are equally nice to stay, IMO.

You may consider asking the admins to move this thread to the HGVC forum, as you will probably get more visibility / responses there.

Have stayed at both and have no negatives about either location, from an adult point of view.

As mentioned, the Seaworld location does appear to be more “young family” focused. While at Seaworld location the activities list was quite large with entertainment for adolescents and the pool area did seem to be populated by more younger families. Shuttle services (pre Covid) we’re provided to Seaworld but it was also a short walk, which is how we went.

When traveling on my own I will stay at Tuscany as I have found the pool area less child focused. The last time I was at Tuscany, Jan 2020, it did appear to have more of an adult population, perhaps due to the outlet mall being easily accessed through a keyed gate.

I don’t think either location will be a disappointment for a young family or all adult stay. I would suggest simply looking at your geography and deciding what you would like to be close to.

We need more information to make a recommendation. What are your plans while in Orlando? If you are going to Sea World and Universal, then HGVC Sea World is closest. If you are going to Disney, Tuscany might be better. However, I have always liked the easy freeway access when coming and going between Disney and HGVC Sea World. To me, the distance doesn't make much difference.

At one time Tuscany had significant parking issues. If you look at the satellite view on Google maps, you can see that at Tuscany there is only a strip of parking that runs along each building, whereas at HGVC Sea World there are larger lots close to each building. If you will be coming back to Tuscany late at night you might have to walk some distance.
