There is always a short hold period for ads, very short for most ads. Mine are published pretty quickly. Same with resort reviews. Twice i have written reviews while on the wrong resort. I had to tell them to move my review to another location, so that was my fault.
 
Thanks. I thought they said pending while waiting for approval. Then I saw "on hold" and wondered if I had done something wrong.
 
a listing that is on hold is given that status for a variety of reasons:

1. we are waiting for a copy of a reservation confirmation email to verify a rental
2. something in the listing is blatantly wrong or inaccurate
3. the price does not reflect the interval listed (ie a rental offered for free)

etc etc.

if you wish to email me the ad number id be happy to look into it for you.

also please check spam or junk email folders and or settings, if your listing is placed on hold we sent you an email explaining why and or what we need to post it.
 
Thanks. Got the email. It was in my junk folder. I sent the verification for the weeks. Didn’t know you verified them. That’s great.

I don't think TUG verifies all listings. If you are new to listing or it has been a while, or you have other issues, they will. I regularly advertise 1-4 units a year and if I am not asked to verify anything most years.
 
correct, there are certain things that trigger a hold and request for verification.
