Trying to switch from one owner name to another, having issues

Was trying to switch the name of one owner to another owner on a reservation. It would do it on the computer, say it was successful, but NOT actually change the booking.

So went and did it on the app, and that actually worked, and changed it, then I could see it on the computer. Weird.

Has anyone else seen this happen?
 
Yes, and there's been a ticket in to fix it for several weeks now. It's only when I try to change a reservation to my name. I can successfully change it to any of the other owner names on our account.
