Trying to piece together a 3 bed presidential at Bonnet Creek and saw three nights in presidential reserve. Different inventory?

Will the kids have to move mid-week, if I book the middle of their first week in a presidential reserve?

Trying to book 2 weeks and 3 days total, and we have 7 consecutive nights (lucky) in a 3 bed presidential.

I don't want to force the kids to move 3 kids and all of their stuff.

They are essentially the same units, there are just different availability rules around the PR inventory based on level of inventory, NOT based on rooms.

So I think you would be ok, BC wants to keep you in the same room if you can anyway. It is easier on them.

I would be really surprised if they had to move. They are different inventory, at least at Bonnet Creek, I think the top 2 or 3 floors are Presidential Reserve and then next 2 floors presidentials. But BC mixes and matches as they need to. I would be shocked if they had to move, especially if they express to BC that they would like the reservations to be combined.

I think that they will have to move. PR and presidential are two different things and location. We have had to move with this exact scenario.

probably better if you take the presidential unit and allow W to put the people in the other reservation in the PR unit.

Technically it is - since PR is an ownership type - that means there's dedicated inventory that only the PR system "owns" within the system, meaning there are dedicated rooms for PR inventory vs Presidential inventory. That said, whether you'd have to move rooms or not is up to the resort and whether they have finagle the inventory between Presidential/PR to combine the reservations. @rickandcindy23 I'd recommend contacting BC directly and inquiring as to whether it would be possible - they should be able to tell you.
