So trying to pay the ever increasing MF online and of course the page is down....and have been on the phone on hold for now more than 20 minutes for the third time. (Have to try to call to give CC number when I can find time in my work schedule). Way to go Marriott and value your customer's time!!!! Huge entities like this should not be allowed to merge or buy anyone else out if they can't prove they have the infrastructure to properly service the customer, period. Best part is, while on hold, you are constantly reminded like an idiot that you can just as easily use their website and pay online......NOT!
