Trying to pay Maint Fees, soooooo frustrating!!

So trying to pay the ever increasing MF online and of course the page is down....and have been on the phone on hold for now more than 20 minutes for the third time. (Have to try to call to give CC number when I can find time in my work schedule). Way to go Marriott and value your customer's time!!!! Huge entities like this should not be allowed to merge or buy anyone else out if they can't prove they have the infrastructure to properly service the customer, period. Best part is, while on hold, you are constantly reminded like an idiot that you can just as easily use their website and pay online......NOT!

It worked for me the other day when I paid one of our fees but I notice this message when I now go to pay fees. Perhaps the site can't handle the volume of people trying to make their payments since most bills are due in mid January.

Seems the website is having a bad day, from other reports, that usually gums up the phone lines. Have a go another time or try chat.

I use Firefox and never have problems. I've paid several different Marriott MFs over the past week because of different due dates,
and all went very quickly, with no glitches.
Right now is probably not the ideal time to do this given that so many are trying at the same time, if that is even relevant.
Shouldn't be, but sometimes seems to be.
 
The page seems to be working now.
 
I paid mine yesterday evening without issue.

The other night, the website had problems loading the Calendar for a resort when I was searching availability at a Spain resort for January 2025. It displayed for one time only after "playing around" with the search, but that was it. Feb 2025 displayed fine. Another Spain's January 2025 calendar displayed just fine. Marriott's website is sub par.
 
No problem, but I pay our MF early in the morning.
 
Last month when a lot of the point MF's were due the website crashed and it was also impossible to reach anyone by phone. Coincidentally I was calling about something else and was unable to reach them despite multiple tries until just before closing, and they said it was because of the website/MF issue. It was so bad that the messaging said to leave a message for a return call (which never came) or call back later and then disconnected me. Because of that I knew to say the fees last week, but after last month's fiasco you'd think they'd at least have the call center better staffed on the due date.
 
I called last week on Thursday morning and had no problem reaching an advisor and paying my MF.

Unfortunately they can't just make more call center agents appear, for the one week a year they need them.
 
I just paid the last of our maintenance fees online this morning. It seems the page being down was a temporary issue. Had the page been down today I would have just tried again later today instead of trying to call.
 
I paid all of mine a few months ago. I keep checking to make sure I paid everything. It was a lot, all put on my Amex, so I get big points for it.

I have not been able to search current month availability at US resorts between 9pm to midnight PST. MVC IT can't seem to handle timezones.
