Had no explanation as to why I was getting the message though!Are you trying to do the initial exchange, or using one of your Eplus retrades? Also, with the II website, make sure you don't have an ad blocker turned on and also make sure you've accepted all cookies. Their website is finicky and people have noticed issues when they block cookies or elements.

There is no place to put an address since it is only a e plus regrade. Office is closed....SOOO frustrating! Anyone have an extension for a competent rep that might be able to fix it on my account? I'll try to call later- meanwhile I am missing out on the retrade !!
