Trying to do an e-plus exchange

On the payment page I am getting this message "Part or all of the address entered is incorrect. Please correct."
However there is no place to put an address....so frustrating!!
 
Are you trying to do the initial exchange, or using one of your Eplus retrades? Also, with the II website, make sure you don't have an ad blocker turned on and also make sure you've accepted all cookies. Their website is finicky and people have noticed issues when they block cookies or elements.
 
Also make sure that the address under your II profile matches the card address as that can cause errors

using one of the e plus re trades. Fortunately the week was still there when I called CS and they were able to help me. Had no explanation as to why I was getting the message though!

Have you tried using the mobile app? Also make sure you don't have an adblocker and have accepted all cookies in the II website.

Can you do the retrade on the mobile app? I am on the line with II now. Hopefully they can fix it.
One other interesting thing-he is now telling me the week I was trying to retrade into IS there but it is NOT available as a retrade. Glitch in the system? And he is questioning if I was doing the retrade correctly .....LOL

Yes, you can do Eplus retrades on the app.
 
I am trying to Eplus exchange today from Jan 2026 to a May 2026 date. My membership is good until Aug 2026 but the system was providing a screen forcing me to pay for an upgrade to gold or plat and would not allow me to continue without it. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks @dioxide45 for the tip above on using the mobile app. It worked. I was on hold for an hour with no response from Interval and was worried their offices were closed tomorrow for Veterans Day. I am at Day 61 tomorrow so needed to EPlus so the mobile app was a good workaround. Whew! What a waste of time trying to get their system to work.
 
New Question: Do you pay an exchange fee every time you Eplus? I just got a receipt on my E-Plus and it is showing the following;

Update: It seems to be simply recognizing my prior payments for E-Plus and Exchange. I see only the $99 upgrade on my credit card so far which is a good sign...(argh I should have Eplused last week during the promo and saved the $$ but was herding cats).
