Trying to call DEX EU Number from US

Hello! I was trying to call the DEX EU staff (345-359-0005) about my DEX enrollment, but somehow got routed to the Hilton Grand Vacations main line. I talked with 4 different people and still couldn’t get to the DEX EU staff. They’re also not responding to my emails. It’s been a month since my first email to them. I’d appreciate any advice! Thank you!
 
Are you dialing it as an international number? The guide shows 0345 359 0005. Though I suspect that may be for calling from within Europe?
 
Yes, I did. I dialed 011-44-345-359-0005.

i believe UK, so GMT.

there's another way to get in touch by dialing a US# and asking to be transferred to the EU owners team.

i have the details somewhere if you're still looking, let me know and i'll dig up the details.

I tried dialing the US number and got transfer twice. The last person transferred me to the Marketing department, so I figured it was going nowhere so I just hung up. If you have more detail, that would be great. If it’s too much trouble, then no worries! Thank you!
 
I just use the Skype dialing app to call. You can add money but we have a M365 subscription and get an hour/month of calling... It covers our calls. Others have used Vyke

have you tried Skype lately? I think it's been deprecated.
 
I call via a VOIP app called Vyke. You can put $10 into your account, and it will last for years.

that is from an email sent by agustina when she was assisting me with a reservation.
 
I think when I had tried to call before, if I called during US hours or selected that I was an US owner (not sure exactly, its been a while), I was routed to the US agent. I think you need to call their UK numbers in the hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. GMT to be routed to the right department.

I need to call DEX-EU too. I've tried repeatedly via their email unsuccessfully. I'm trying to deposit a week to DEX-EU and the website says to call instead. UGH!
1) I just went to download the Vyke app and saw this message "Vyke is moving to Call.com" -- https://migrate.vyke.com/ Crossing my fingers this will work for me.
2) I haven't use a VOIP before. Is a cell & laptop be used interchangeably securely? Or do you reco one or the other to limit security breaches? TIA
 
I use Google voice connected to my Google account on mobile phone. 1 cent per minute. I put $10 into account and it will last for a long time.

Ir provides a second number on mobile so can send junk call signups to that number and it goes directly to voicemail (junk).
