Trip cancellation insurance for a rental?

I have someone interested in renting my owned week. She would like to place trip insurance on the rental because of course I will require payment up front. I told her that if anyone knew how to do this/who to buy it from, it would be a follower Tugger!

So all of you knowledgeable folks, any advice for me to pass along?
