Hello,

My sister is staying there over the holiday week. Can anyone tell me what would be the closest Marriott hotel(any brand) that is near that resort?

According to the Marriott website, it's the Residence Inn Mount Olive, 21.6 miles away, in NJ. Go to www.marriott.com, type in Bushkill, PA, and it will give you all the options.
 
If your sister is an owner at Villas at Treetops, then she can also call ahead 1 week and see if they have any condos available and she can book for you at her owner discounted rate. I think minimum stay for that is 2 nights.
