Has anybody heard of Travvy travel network. Got a call wanting me to pay $399 each fot 3 of my Extra Vacations so they can advertise them to rent for $1600 and give me the money. They say it is guaranteed! Doesn’t sound legit. Has anyone dealt with them?

There's zero chance that is legit.

It is not allowed to rent exchanges or Extra Vacations. Doing so puts your exchange company membership at risk.

If you got a cold call about this 'opportunity', just know that NOBODY will cold call you to give you money. It's a scam.

These offers are always a scam - the exchange companies forbid the renting of any of their products. They will steal your money and ride off into the sunset. You should cut them cold: block them on your phone and email and do not respond to them at all, or you will be identified as an "easy mark," and you will get lots more scam calls.

I got a similar "offer" from the same company. To be clear, they said they do not want my "week" or "points". They said they want to use the "discounted stays" that timeshare owners occasionally get. Like 5 nights for $399 or some such. They say they will sell these to corporations. They want me to purchase one or more of these and they say they guaranty resale at a minimum of $1600 each. Was thinking about it for a bit - but it sounded so fishy ... no thank you. Why would corporations pay $1600 for these? And when you get one of these discounted stays, someone has to go to a sales meeting, which is why they are offered by the timeshare. Who is going to the meeting? And even if this was legit, what happens if the folks who go there don't go to the sales meeting? Later much!

You are overthinking this. It is an utter scam. Money will only move from your wallet to their hidden account with no recourse. >>END.
Don't worry about the why, don't succumb to the greed. Or you are a shill.

FULL STOP.

As others have stated, the company is 100% scam.

The Travel Network’s website was created 5/24/24. The company shares a similar website, and in some cases exact verbiage, with another scam called Grayscale Marketing Source. This company’s website was created in 2023. They are have an F rating with the BBB. What scammers do all the time is run the scam as long as they can. When bad reviews and word gets out that impacts their ability to continue to scam, they simply create a brand new website and name and start over. That appears to have happened here.

Here are the two websites. You can see the exact verbiage on this particular page.
