We just bought 308,000 FF points. My parents have 128,000 points already. Is it possible to transfer points from out account to their account or vice versa. We would not want to do this every year, but we were thinking that we may have too many one year and they may not have enough. Thanks.

Yes.

It's very easy to do. You have to call FF to do this; it can't be done online. Transferring points to another member is considered a "reservation transaction" so depending on your ownership level and/or number of points and transactions to date, you may have to pay $25.

The person who wants to transfer the points (transferor) calls FF and tells the VC that he/she wants to transfer points from their account to the transferee. You will need the transferee's account number. Make sure you know which use year and the number of points you are transferring from the transferor's account.

The completed transaction should show up in both accounts within 24 to 48 hours. If it is incorrect, you should call FF immediately to correct it.

Do this at the same day you try to make reservation or deposit to RCI, so it will be counted as one transaction.

Sometimes the VC will insist on having both parties on the line when doing this. However, this is not required and either stress that the other party is not available or hang up and get a different VC.

The points are immediately available to use although they will not show up that way on the website for a day or two.

Is there a limit as to how many times a FF acct may receive transfer points each year?
