TradeWinds Cruise with Multiple RCI Accounts

If I have more than one RCI account, one HGVC one independent, can I book two cabins (if available), one under my name and the other under a guest's name under each RCI account?

Should be able do this from 2 accounts, but not sure if TW will allow it from one account. It is also provided neither guest have been on an TW cruise via RCI in the last 4 year. There is a 1 in 4 year rule for all TW bases.

Becareful as just because you are going to the same location, they may have multiple boats, and each are on the other boat.

I think RCI has language specifying it doesn't allow booking multiple cabins, that's why I am thinking booking from two accounts might be a possible workaround.
