Trade Power of high TDI VV Williamsburg 1 BR in II

I have a few questions

I'm in the process of transferring a 150 TDI fixed summer week resale 2 Bed lock off. Fixed week 28.
Because its not the coveted 4 bed lock off, I hope to lock off into 2 1 beds.

1. Has anyone had success trading a 1 bed lock off at VV Williamsburg, and how was the trade power compared of a 1 to a 2 bed?

My impression is that locking off a 2 bed at this resort is not commonly done. I confirmed with the resort and seller that it is a lock off unit.

2. my week starts July 12 2026- I want to deposit and am hoping my transfer goes through before the 60 day mark so im not considered a late deposit. How quickly does VV communicate with Interval when I sign up? WIll i be waiting weeks for confirmation of weeks between interval and VV?

Just trying to get an idea. Its free 2026 usage (seller paid all MF this year) and they haven't booked anything or locked off the unit yet. I understand I'll have to do that.

You are mistaken on the 150 TDI week. There is no longer such a thing in Williamsburg.

yes, correct. i saw it was revised so week 28 is now 125 tdi.
still curious what a 1 bed may pull if anyone has tried before.

Why didn’t you acquire a 4-bed lock off (far more common in this resort) Way better when you lock off to get two 2-bed units to trade and they might be treated similar to your 2-bed before locking off.

there were none available at the time that weren’t already under contract

a 4 bed would have been ideal. but at this point im happy to see what the 2 bed and 2 1s might pull.
it’ll be interesting to see what i can get.

Understood. Yeah one way is to unlock the sightings secret forum by paying a small membership fee and check with others who regularly post sightings with 4-bed Williamsburg lock offs and compare to yours. Unfortunately not many own 2-bed lock offs there but interesting to see the difference.
