Usage: First usage for new owner is 2024. As always, it can be used or deposited as either the full 2-bedroom or split into two usages, a 1-bedroom and studio.
II and RCI: Unit can be deposited and traded into multiple exchange companies. We have always used Interval International but RCI is also available.
We have only stayed at this actual resort twice but it is very nice. Great location just off the Las Vegas strip so not a full-on party atmosphere. Great for a family or people wanting to be near the action but not on top of it. Instead, we purchased it to be able to exchange for other resorts. We have been able to exchange into many MARRIOTT locations including Marbella (Spain), Palm Desert (CA), San Francisco (CA), Lake Tahoe (CA), Newport Beach (CA), and Palm Beach (FL). Plus many other locations including Catskills (NY), Clear Lake (CA), Sedona (AZ), and Cape Cod (MA).
Selling because we just stopped going on as many vacations once the kids grew up.
Title Transfer: I will pay all transfer fees with the TUG-recommended title transfer company, LT Transfers.
