Another Flood Warning just came out for Kauai today. They are expecting heavy rains at one to two inches an hour.

I was reading that a crane fell onto and damaged the Wailua River Bridge. The one side of the bridge is damaged. Getting to Kapa'a from Lihue is reportedly taking an hour. Sounds like a big mess.
