I think this is good but it depends on whether you view the glass as half full or half empty. During the pandemic (and before we owned HHS) we had a hell of a time getting guest access to the beach. Incline is quite stingy with visitor passes. So I see the limited access as better than no access at all.

for those who want TLDR:
  • From May-Sept (note we are already at July) HHS visitors will be able to obtain passes to ski beach (which is located next to the Hyatt beach)
  • Passes will only be available on Mondays, Wed and Thursdays (weekends are always packed)
  • The cost is $17 per adult and $9 per child >5.
  • HHS management will handle reservations via email prior to arrival.
Obviously 100 passes is barely 1 per unit, so it will be interesting to see how these are allocated. First come first serve? Do HHS owners get priority? Limit per unit?

Hopefully the Hyatt hotel beach will be open again to HHS in 2026 but of course that is not addressed.

I don't see the Hyatt Hotel beach being open in 2026 - they have barely started a huge construction project there. Right now they are in the process of tearing everything down and starting over.
The cost is $17 per adult and $9 per child >5.
That is what the beach park charges, but guests will not be charged directly, it's charged to the passes that have been purchased by the Hyatt Timeshare management/board/your maintenance fees. We walked up to the gate and gave them a pass with the value of $90, and they deducted the fee from the card, which we returned to the front desk after our beach visit.

Here is the reality; up there in July going back in 2 weeks;
You have to pay 17.00 each guest, only available mid week certain days, all previous beach and pool access denied at regency In deed, since I have owned this timeshare each year they have been chipping benefits away. It’s become just a ‘condo rather than the 5 star resort it was. Most previous benefits have dwindled so much, it has to be effecting values. So fees increase each year, but nowhere near the same,place as when I purchased
