Can anyone tell me where this company gets the timeshares they sell?

I see their auctions on ebay. They have a 100% positive feedback rating of 650. I looked through some of their past auctions and ebay store. It appears they only sell timeshares. I also checked their website, but it isn't fully functional yet. It says it's "The ultimate Timeshare Marketplace for Resort Developers, Management Companies, Sellers, and Buyers" and claims that it is "not an appraisal or listing company that charges upfront fees".

It appears that many of their listings have sold for very reasonable prices.
 
Hi,

Timeshareweb is one of the selling ID's used by Vacation Innovations of Orlando. I bought 2 units from this ID in the spring of 2006 and had no issues.

They always have good prices. I believe they sell inventory acquired from a "pay me to take it" operation.
