I've called Interval International twice and I can't seem to get timeshares that I no longer own out of my account. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you get it fixed? Did you keep calling? To clarify, I own other weeks at these resorts so now I have numerous weeks listed and I have to scroll through trying to find the weeks I DO own.
TIA

+1, It doesn't matter.

The one that irritates me- I tried to create an Interval account several years ago without owning a week- to see if I could get access to getaways. (It didn't work- it let me create the account but after a couple of days it went away since they couldn't verify any ownership)

Now that I have Marriott weeks I own and have an interval account everytime I call it routes me to the general Interval queue instead of the Marriott desk (I assume based on my phone number being listed on that non-existent account) and they ALWAYS have to transfer me to the Marriott desk instead of helping me and they don't seem to be able to fix it no matter how many times I've asked.

I have a single one I no longer own, but it lets me keep the account active. I also get ACs deposited.

I don't get put through to the Marriott desk unless I asked as they can't help with the general CS reps.
I assumed that's how it is set up. No point having MVC specialists do routine work.

I tried to do this long ago (>10 years) and no one at Interval was at all interested in handling it. Of course this should be a simple process. Every time I login I see it and want to have it removed because it clutters the account and distracts me on occasion. But, it’s just an example of how Interval cares so much about their customers.

I sold the last of our Interval related timeshares in 2010 and have spent the last 14 years doing II getaways. II still has all our former timeshares listed and when we check in to a Marriott TS we are welcomed back as Marriott TS owners. We just go along with the charade.

For me II has gone downhill since being acquired by Marriott and our II days are now numbered as we didn't renew our Platinum membership this year and most likely won't be renewing our regular membership early next year.

My first Interval account was the one I get with my resale DVC contract. Every time I call they ask me what I want to do with my DVC points even though I have another account for my MVC weeks. They always get confused.
