I am attempting to draft a Quitclaim Deed transferring ownership of a timeshare. The Unit is in Tahiti Village Vacation Club in Las Vegas. I am familiar with the legal process for the transfer of real property but am curious if there is a separate form for the Quitclaim Deed, or just any Nevada Quitclaim deed example will work.

Are you selling the timeshare? Do you have your prior deed that conveyed interest to you? If so, you can probably use that and replace the grantee and grantor information accordingly. Don't do a quitclaim deed if the prior deed was a warranty deed.

You can also pay for services that will do this for you for about $300. LT Transfers is such a service.
