Timeshare overseas

I am selling my timeshare which is located overseas and am having trouble finding a company that will do the closing. All those I have contacted to date handle US properties only.

Does anyone know of a company that would handle an overseas closing?

You should prob'ly use an agency or lawyer where the TS is located who would be familiar with the local rules+procedures. I suggest that you contact the resort's manager or sales office to see if they can either refer you to a local agency or if they can do this "in house" for you.
