Has anyone used TimeshareNation which offers free timeshare and No cost for closing etc for the buyer. I am looking at Villas de Santa Fe with them and have received a letter to sign buying it for free with no cost and 2023 use

They're legit. I "bought" from them. It went fast, similar to actually buying and closing with LT Transfers (the best closing company out there).

Yes, I used them. Went well, no issues at all. shaka

I understand they are a consortium of postcard companies. Owners pay a few thousand for them to get them out of their timeshare and they start out doing several things; deed it back to the developer and if that doesn't work they then list them here and also offer them up on Ebay. These are different than what timeshare exit companies do

Yes. They list for free and the owner pays the closing costs and associated fees. Super legit.

We had a great experience with Timesharenation.com. Highly recommend using them!
