Is this company legit. .has anyone used them successfully? We want to have them sever ties with Wyndham for us because of discrepancies in our contract, what Wyndham tried to do to us etc.
 
any company that makes amazing promises right before asking you for a huge upfront fee is one to avoid...

Wyndham is voluntarily accepting the return of some timeshares through their "Ovation" program. Have you initiated direct contact with Wyndham to "sever those ties"?
I'd recommend pursuing that avenue before trusting some obscure, unknown entity which frankly has no more power than you possess on your own and which will charge you money to accomplish nothing. It's your choice, but you'll get no encouragement here to pay or use "Timeshare Legal LLC" --- whoever / whatever they are. :shrug:
