Timeshare Exit Strategies in Kissimee FL is the parent for several of the Branson timeshare companies. We signed an agreement with Freedom Travel Club, with Timeshare Exit Straggies as their transfer agent, on March 20, 2013. They agreed in writing to sell or donate our five-star time share within 180 days. It has now been over a year, and the title is still in our names. They have refused to respond to either our attorney or the Orlando BBB. (There was a glitch on our part with the Notary form, but this should have only caused a two-week delay).

Rbunk was is the current status of this problem? Have your attorney reported them to Florida State Attorney General Office ?

The Florida State AG office in the past years have gone after ts scams companies very aggressively. Good luck.

Google Timeshare Exit Strategies and you will see that their corporate office is in Kissimee, FL. The President has many timeshare exit and sales companies under him.

I contacted them and they say that cannot do anything unless the company is a licensed broker. RBUNK
