My husband and I bought a timeshare with Nouveau Resorts Corporation as the seller/developer. After doing more research, we decide to rescind the contract. The package they sent us home with includes a Timeshare Cancellation Request document with the mailing address of 2150 West Jo Rae Ave., Las Vegas, NV but the signed contract has their address as 2626 E. Oakland Park Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL. Anyone have an idea of which one is the correct address for the rescission department? We really made a mistake and would like to get out of it before it’s too late. Thanks in advance for any help!!

I would guess they have offices in both places so the one it says to mail it to would be where I would send it. You could always .are another copy and send it to both just to be safe.

@TUGBrian I don't believe this should be under the Vacation Village group. Nouveau Resorts is not affiliated with VV. Can this be moved to the more general vacation info group?

We bought a timeshare at The Berkley, Las Vegas through Nouveau Resorts.

The address on the “Timeshare Cancellation Request document” should be the right one but if in doubt why not send it to both addresses? The cost of sending a second letter is small for the piece of mind you will have. Don’t forget to send registered so you have a receipt with a date stamp for when it was sent. The cancelation validation is from the date the cancelation letter is sent, not the date they receive it. The receipt you get from USPS will provide the date verification you need should a dispute evolve in the future.
