Hello! I am new here and have a question. Has anyone ever heard of Timeshare Brokers Service? I went to sellmytimeshare.com to look for an additional unit where we own currently. I inquired about a property and almost immediately heard from an employee there. I guess am pretty trusting because when he found one for me I was ready to sign and my husband felt like it was a scam after not finding them on BBB and reading a few reviews. They have good and bad reviews but he thinks they made the good ones up. Just feeling around to see if anyone has ever dealt with them and am I in a pickle now?

Thanks ya'll!

Listen to your husband.

SMTN listings are generally at highly inflated prices. They make their money getting people to pay their high listing fees. They are best avoided unless they have something truly unique.

HICV is available on the secondary market for pennies on the dollar.

I've bought from Timeshare Broker Services several times in the past and I've purchased a Hyatt, Westin, and Marriott. The broker that I used - I initially contacted via SMTN. If you know the market and are saavy, the broker will know this based on what you are willing to pay and the types of questions you ask. Mine worked hard to find the exact units and weeks I was looking for at the price that I found acceptable. The listed price at SMTN can be high so you should do your research. Timeshare Broker Services is reputable in my book.
