I was looking at a unit to buy through Timeshare Broker Services, and the sales guy wanted $1000 deposit on my credit card before even me seeing a contract. Said I wanted to see a contract for the unit he said he would send a template. Anyone, experience the same with this place? It's screaming run away to me.

Ive never dealt with them but I would suggest you listen to your inner voice. Would you place this kind of deposit on anything else without seeing a detailed contract or actually seeing the item you were buying?
