Does anyone have any experience with Timbers. They appear to have a beautiful collection of resorts. Doesn't look like they can exchange using II. Are these available as resale?

Timbers is a management company/exchange system for luxury fractional owners. They have relatively recently taken over management of the 2 Ritz Carlton Club Resorts that have exited the RC Club, Bachelor Gulch and Jupiter (this transfer is in process). You would be better served to look on the non-traditional sub-forum.

I love Bachelor Gulch and the Ritz Carlton (Hotel) that looks like an ancient National Park lodge. At one point, checked out RC Club.

Do you have any more information on them leaving RC Club? I'm curious about why that happened?

Thanks!

I recently talked with someone at Timbers. Their resorts are very nice, but very expensive (both cost and MFs). Plus the way they're set up, you can't book all weeks at one time.

There are several threads on the Marriott forum (Ritz Carlton Club is part of Marriott Vacations World Wide). There was an online posting of the consultants hired by the Bachelor Gulch that recommended timbers, but that is no longer available in the spot it was.

Jupiter RC is also now part of Timbers Resorts. They have a fantastic collection of resorts.

Yes I mentioned that on my first post. That was also discussed in the Marriott forum on prior threads.
