Timber Lodge owners, looking for historical board candidate info

If any Timber Lodge (Lake Tahoe) owners have recent (from the last few year's) documents saved that include bios for board of directors candidates, please let me know. It would appear that MVC is trying to (legally) install a non-owner on the Grand Residence Club board.
