This is interesting! Would you mind sharing where you own your deeded week, what size and what season?

I own at Sedona Summit and haven't received anything. So, I am curious. But it sounds great for you.

I have gotten some excellent DEx trades.

Sedona Ridge - LO units gave 4 & 5 Tier value which should now be pumped to 5& 6, it's places a good bit more leverage considering mf is nearly $400 more then Sedona Summit.

I believe Summit gives 3& 4 Tier points for LO units.

I just don't want to have any mf increase associated with it. I haven't had an opportunity to check the updated '25 vs. '24 Tier values, would give a glimpse into affected resorts.
