thanks for all of you who tuned in! im going to try to do this every tuesday as a regular thing, though sadly with kids on summer break sometimes i have to tie them down in order to get them to finally go to sleep! or who knows, maybe ill let them come sit with me on the stream in future episodes!

I am hoping Riverside County automatically stops billing the extra fee per week on our Westin Desert Willow and Shadow Ridge.

How many years does Riverside County have to reimburse? Just one? The county still made a killing on it, at the owners' expense.

It shouldn't impact Desert Willow owners. I was corrected in that other thread. It was Mission Hills that won that lawsuit. Desert Willow is billed a single tax assessment and individual owners don't pay individually for each week they own. As for reimbursement, it was remanded to the lower court to figure that out. As for Shadow Ridge, they will probably need to petition the county themselves to get their tax bills adjusted.

Thanks, TUGBRIAN. I can remember when Spicebush and Swallowtail were the first two Marriott’s timeshare on HHI.
 
I will never forget how nice Spicebush was with it parking for your vehicles , a small patio area & grills around the townhouse and free golf lesson at the golf club. But, I will never forget that bright skylight shining at night in the master bedroom. The master bedroom was on the second floor. LOL

What is Spicebush now? Is it renamed, taken over, shut down?
 
Spicebush and Swallowtail were dropped by Marriott’s because they could not meet Marriott’s timeshare standards. Both resorts are still open and are located on Sea Pines Plantation . Sea Pines Plantation is a gated community on Hilton Head Island.


Both resorts are two bedrooms villas; with full kitchens.

Both resorts have been updated.
The second bedrooms have twins.

Interval International codes
Spicebush is called Spicebush at Sea Pines..MSB
Swallowtail is called Swallowtail at Sea Pines..MSS

I do enjoyed this new format. Plus, it gives a true face of you(TUGBRIAN). IMHO..

Please enjoy your must needed and earned vacation with your family.
 
its just to orlando, but I do get to spend dads birthday with him! maybe i can get him to come on with me =)
 
sadly the wifi here at the resort wont support a livestream so ill have to push this weeks live episode back to friday night when I get home!

I should be able to make it this time! We've been traveling since you started this live series and the time zones have thrown everything off.
 
might hop on a bit early and test out some obs settings to share my screen vs everyone just looking at my face!

or ill screw it up and have to start a whole new stream! i give it 60/40
