This is what Copilot said about vacation rental platforms; what's your experience?

I was curious what Copilot thought about the various rental platforms out there because I was surprised about some of the prices I was seeing on VRBO. I've been using Redweek for years and, perhaps wrongly, think of the rental rates there as "the market price". Have others had success with VRBO attracting "higher-spend guests"? That would explain the high rates I see there. I guess the question is this - could I be getting higher rental rates on VRBO than on Redweek? Are others having success doing so? Thanks!

I tried setting up a rental on booking.com and found out to be complex and not self evident for setup. No experience with VRBO, but I have rented on go-koala before.
