Wow I didnt know that. Someone had fw it to me and I hadn't seen it. Thx.Actually, the "stramp" shown was built in the 1970s and is located at Robson Square in downtown Vancouver. It was built before either US ADA or Canadian National Building Code accessibility standards were set. It is a "grandfathered", non-compliant ramp and there has been some controversy about it as a result.

Maybe, two (2) chair lift, one for going up and one for going down.IMHO, they should should just put in a chair lift on one side, regardless of the aesthetics.

This "stramp" is 40 years old and the article was published in 2019. The lawsuit is about how to address the "stamp" to bring it into compliance with the modern ADA regulations . IMO.,
That is American legislation and therefore has no jurisdiction in Canada. We have our own rules here.
I'll bet that you have your own currency, too.... just like an actual foreign country.
