The Rushes, Door County Flex week $1

I have an ownership at the Rushes in Bailey's Harbor in Door county Wisconsin. The deeded unit is 1402 and the ownership is a Blue week float unit that floats 1-4, 9-12, 14-17, 44-49. For trading purposes, weeks 17, 44-47 trade as Red for weeks and points for deposit with RCI while weeks 11-15 trade as White weeks. The remaining weeks would trade as blue.

The Maintenance fee is up to date and is $608 annually.

I am divesting some of my ownerships and have decided to part with this one.

If interested, please let me know and we can discuss detail for transfer of ownership.
