This seems to be an interesting acquisition. I understand Keyholder Vacations is the company that owns and operates World of DVC (DVC Rental Store, DVC Resale Market and Monera Financial). The Resort Companies is who owns and operates Massanutten Resort.

I did the owners update in massanutten over new years. The sales staff had zero idea what I was asking about. I showed them the article, the senior sales officer said the following Monday they were getting updated on the acquisition, other than that they had zero information to share with me.
