Thinking of buying into a fractional which says you can join the registry collection to exchange. I found the site but without being a member I couldn't find out much. If anyone knows anything about this I would appreciate any insight. I did a search and think it might be a top tier at RCI. I'm not a member of RCI so I haven't heard of it before.

I believe Welk (now Hyatt Vacation Club Platinum Collection) is still able to use registry collection. Although HVC uses II now, I was told we could still join RCI and registry collection. You have to commit points to exchange and the exchange fee was high so I didn’t investigate further.

Sorry I was on holiday with only my phone which i hate typing a lot into. We bought a fractional at the Royal Kelowna managed by Bellstar. Right downtown Kelowna by the Delta Grand Okanagan. We have had a timeshare week there for a while EEY. We will usually have 8 weeks a year, 2 connected together every season, but since they use all of the weeks (none are removed for maintenance) every 4 or so years we get 10 weeks. I can stay or give it to friends or place it in the rental pool. It is about a 7 hour drive for us but we can also fly in and they would pick us up at the airport.
