Is the the Inn at Bay Harbor (MI) a timeshare location? Redweek lists it but I haven't seen any resales out there. Has anyone been there or have a TS there? Thx

You may want to try a differant forum, as it is not a Marriott property.:)

Good question. Why would would hotel rooms be on Redweek?

There are cottages to the side of the Marriott hotel at Bay Harbor....

I think that is what the timeshare is! But you can check it out here

Bay Harbor Petoskey is an extremely expensive place, Million dollar homes just because of the location. I found on the Boyne realty website that fractional ownerships start at $193,000.

Our family spent 3 days at the Marriott this summer, it is a really beautiful area. You can get a view of the lake, or a view of the parking lot, depending on which side your room is. Not much of a beach because of the rocks, but it was still fun. We spent alot of time searching for petoskey stones.

A funny tidbit, Bay Harbor is actually owned by Boyne.

The Inn at Bay Harbor is a Marriott-brand hotel.

It's ALSO has a condo-hotel ownership arrangement through Boyne, which allows you to buy 1BR, 2BR and 3BR suites and villas (quartershare and whole ownership for the villas). Last time I was there a 1BR suite was going for around $200,000.

You can use the rooms yourself or the hotel will rent them for you.

You can also trade them through II.

It's a very nice property.
