You ever get to the point where you’ve planned and booked every vacation you can, and your left with an empty feeling and frustration that you can’t go any further until enough time passes that booking and exchange windows open up?

Doug, I think you have the wander lust. Only cure is to wander. It seems like a nice problem to have.

I haven't thought about it but no frustrations brewing. When I get bored there is always something to do or someone to see so I'm thinking nope. I do get frustrated trying to make reservations as soon as the reservation opens and there is only a few units left.

There is very little downtime for us. Once our actual ownership weeks are accounted for, we just start looking at getaway weeks.

That's my hobby. I love to see all the places that I'm not heading to and day dream. Sometimes it happens and occasionally something magical happens on the trip.

No, and probably not ever. I have an entirely fulfilled timeshare booking framework planned to 1/2/2027 -- just waiting for the 13-month booking windows to open for each reservation.

@dougp26364 time to buy more timeshare! But be careful!

I was there once and now I am overwhelmed with timeshares. How many times can one go to Phoenix, California (north and south), the Colorado mountains (near where we live), Branson, Florida, Virginia, etc., before the feeling of "been there done that" feeling sets in.

Places I want to go are tougher to get, thanks to the exchange company changing the patterns of weeks that they bank. Marriott controls way too much.

It's partly a problem because we used to rent our Wyndham, then we were stopped from renting Wyndham, even to the point where others can rent and we cannot. Our account is scutinized to the nth degree. We may have to start giving away a bunch of Wyndham developer points. It's getting that crazy. I am trying to see the future with Wyndham and just do not love the resorts enough.

If Wyndham takes over a timeshare on Maui, like Valley Isle or the Soleil-managed properties, I can sure make use of every Wyndham point.

I love WorldMark, cannot say a negative thing about it. There are WorldMark resorts in areas you cannot get otherwise. Estes Park and Yellowstone, to name a few, plus Dolphin's Cove is still our favorite near Disneyland.

I do feel that way sometimes. I have only been going full tilt for 2ish years, so I'm not so tired of any particular location yet. However, I imagine I will want to go to "easy" locations like Massanuten and Smuggs and RI many times, could just go each year "just because" - I like just decompressing there and the like.
