Had never heard of Water Mill.
Turns out it is a little hamlet, part of Southampton - population 1724.

We used to have the same zip code as Los Altos Hills when I lived in Los Altos but the post office changed that and we lost about $300,000 in house value because of it. What a difference a zip makes.

wow what a surprised that celebration, Fla is not on there

Not with a median household income of $74,231, (males having a median income of $51,250 versus $46,650 for females) and 6.2% of the population and 4.3% of families living below the poverty line.

What zip code do you have now? 95014? Sorry we dragged you down...:D

Those zip code changes can kill ya! A friend of ours had the zip code change (without ever moving) and his auto insurance went up $300 a year!:(

Higher auto insurance

Yes, we sold that house 2 years ago and now live in Cupertino with 95014 for our zip and our auto insurance did go up on all 3 cars because of the move to Cupertino. Must be less safe three blocks away on the same street.
