Shrimp, chicken and andouille sausage go in my jambalaya. I did make some with walleye instead of chicken.

I always thought that I was a Jambalaya fan -- but, after reading this article, it seems that I've actually been a Gumbo fan all along! Go figure! (I really don't care what it's called -- all I know is that I LOVE it!)
