My impression when staying at the Colonies is that with RCI there is no assigned unit and there is flexibility in what unit you are assigned. (I believe they tried to accommodate requests I made related to location.)

For Thanksgiving week (Sunday check-in) this year, I have two (2BR sleep 6) units. One is an RCI exchange and the other is an II getaway. The II getaway has a unit # on the reservation. I am wondering what my chances are of getting a joining A & B unit (I suspect high, but I am still curious).

For those of you that have stayed there with II, did you always get the unit on the reservation (or were they flexible)?

Thanks!

Note: I was surprised to get Thanksgiving week for $380.24 with a platinum discount. That is cheaper than the mf (before even factoring in an exchange fee).
