I have the above membership with 17000 Points; I paid off the 65k loan.

In a few months, I plan on giving away this timeshare for free.

I will pay the 2024 Due of $3722.14

Is this something you think someone will express interest? The loan is zero; maintenance is paid.

This is a TRU, I think that's what its called instead of deed. you can travel all over.

Unfortunately the Max part of the HVC ownership is non transferable. You can give away or sell the trust points, but the new owner will not have access to the Max crossover.
