Hmmm ... the article has overlooked IBM LotusLive Meetings and Engage offerings. We've been using the IBM variations for years as it is easy on the firewalls; includes audiocast and recording; supports a variety of platforms/browsers; does NOT require software install for most participants; etc.
 
PC MAG is a fantastic website in case someone wants to select from wide array of web conferencing tools such as WebEx, gomeetnow, gotomeeting etc. Alternatively, one can even consider deploying on premise web conferencing appliance such as RHUB appliances in order to conduct webinars, web conferences, online meetings, online presentations etc.
 
We use Glance for our rare web conference needs. It's only $10 per day and does a great job. For our needs, we don't need a monthly subscription, but the free services just don't do it and Glance (www.glance.net) is great.
