This unit has been sold.
I acquired two timeshares this year so its time to shed one, willing to give this one away here for the token sum of $1 and buyer pays all closing costs. I purchased this very cheap on eBay in 2010 and used it in 2011 and 2013 to stay at the resort. In 2013 I was assigned the deeded unit, its on the road side (all 1 br are), inner courtyard corner, second floor, building nine next to a pool.
There are several of these listed on eBay and TUG Marketplace for $1000 and up, I am willing to pass this on to a TUGer before listing it on eBay auction.
Buyer will use Legal Timeshare Transfer to take ownership, fees are:
Hawaii transfer is $125* plus $7.00 for postage and recording fees of $41.00. (*fees will increase for Hawaii on Jan. 1st, 2014 to $150.00).
Resort Transfer Fee $50
Estoppel Fee ? (Unknown, this will be at buyers discretion, I did not get one when I took ownership).
Maintenance Fees every ODD Year with usage (2013):
Operating Fee 851.22
Reserve Fee 147.95
RE Taxes 53.80
Hawaii GE Tax 60.80
ARDA 3.00
Total: $1116.87

This property is managed by HGVC, The Bay Club is an affiliate, and this unit is worth 4800 club points if the buyer decides to enroll. The fee to enroll is $250. If the buyer wants to use the points, maintenance fee must be paid and points will then be transferred if you already have HGVC account. If buyer does not have HGVC account, the $250 fee includes setup of an account that can be used to spend the points or access Open Season (30 day cash rated). There is also an annual HGV Club fee that is currently $136.
If you have an RCI account, maintenance fee can be paid and deposited in your account, this ownership does not include an individual RCI account.
