I went to the sales pitch yesterday in Vegas and thought I had a great deal and then found this group! Do I just need to complete the Notice of Cancellation form or do I also need to write a letter saying I want to cancel?

Use the form, mail it certified letter, return receipt, so you have proof that you cancelled. Don't call, don't talk to your salesperson or anyone in that department.

sellingtimeshares.net is a great place to start for Hilton points on the resale market.

Follow the instructions to the letter. And make sure that everyone who signed the purchase agreement signs the Notice of Cancellation.

It looks like that’s all I have to sign. It’s a requirement in Nevada and it’s basically preprinted with the contract information, where to send it, has a place to sign. It just seems too easy and I don’t want to miss something!

yes, just follow the guidance in the contract but send it certified mail. If they give other options, such as Fax, do that as well. Just to make sure. Then research resales on a number of sites, like the marketplace here in TUG, redweek, eBay, etc. Also, look at the HGV resale group on FB and look at the Files section. In those files, you have all the reference guides for points, etc. Also, read through the stickies here on the HGVC forum. If you have questions, just ask this group. Most on here have bought one or more resales so folks here can provide guidance.

It seems the form is a Nevada thing. You may or may not have it. Just follow the instructions in your contract.

The directions to rescind will be in your contract, often the last page.
Yes, Ive got that kind of form. So, I've sent the cancelation letter to them. Whats next should I do? I sent it on the 3rd day after I signed the contract.

That is it. They are good at abiding by the terms of the contract. It will cancel and you will get a refund for the amount that you put down. Often though, they never reach out so you only know that it is cancelled because of the refund.
