About how far are they from Ko'Olina?
thanks
I bought a unit at KoOlina last summer. When I took the tour, I told them I had stayed there 1.5 yrs earlier - at the earlier visit, the sales rep told me that a full shopping complex/mall, as well as a Costco, would open up near KoOlina. However, last summer, the agent could not account for any new such type of development nearby.
Now, the Costco and Target are opening up. The question is whether there are plans to develop a full shopping mall nearby (in the near future) as well?
I wonder if the new Target will have lots of groceries. We might be able to get buy with buying stuff at Costco & Target and skipping the grocery store all together.Target at Kapolei had a soft opening yesterday so it is already open. Grand opening is this weekend. As you can imagine, lines were very long to get into the stores. ( Other Target is in Salt Lake Area )
Stores are beginning to open at the new Kapolei Commons.

We don't have a Super Target here in Sacramento but they sell a lot of groceries. You could definitely make a meal between all the dry goods and frozen foods. Is it a Super Target?
Perfect... between Target and Costco I'm set! Thanks for checking it out. TinaVisited the Kapolei Target and Costco the other day.
Target does carry a decent variety of grocery items that you could get by without going to Safeway. Tons of snack and drink items ( including alcohol) milk, oj, frozen foods such as pizza, lasagna, etc., bread items, prepackaged fruits such as strawberries, grapes, yogurts, sandwich meats, dry goods, canned goods, etc. Basically only thing I didn't see was the fresh meat, poultry, seafood.
If I can answer anything just let me know.
