Taking the kids fishing

My kids didn't like eating fish and were not big into fishing because we ate what we killed. Some of my grandkids love eating fish and like to fish. My great grandson loves to fish. We went off shore fishing without him and he was upset we didn't take him.

Today we took him. He caught 24 fish. Mostly barracuda and a smaller type fish. We kept enough for the resort BBQ and let the rest go with Captain David. He is so proud to be included in the fish catcher group of the family.

He was all smiles as he carried the bag of fish from the beach to the rooms . I thought he was stopping to show other guests his fish but he was taking breaks because of the weight of the fish, lol.

Since I didn't catch anything, I'm having a steak tonight. I will have at least one piece of fish to tell my great grandson how good it is.
