I am looking to let go of a timeshare I purchased in Williamsburg, VA. We own a 4 bedrooom lockoff, with the ability to split it into 2 two bedrooms and make use of it every year. Our assigned week is Week 15 (biannual, odd years) which often falls during spring break or the Easter holiday. I believe it is considered a 'yellow' season. Biannual maintenance fees are $1038, charged at $519 per year on January 1st. It is fully paid off and we are willing to pay up the maintenance fees (full year) through 2027 (paid for 2025-2026 use) as well as pay for the transfer costs. So far, we have always used Interval, but now it appears that Vacation Village works more with RCI. We have traded to Cancún, Gatlinburg, TN, Atlantic City, NJ and Poconos, PA primarily. I was also able to use it to send some friends on their honeymoon in Luxembourg.

I purchased this with my ex-husband, am now remarried and we simply don't use it. We just want it to go to someone who can really enjoy it and make use of it.
